Reservations & deposit
We ask for a 50% deposit by bank transfer to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% is paid at check-in (cash, transfer or card once payment gateway is live). Reservation is confirmed once we receive the deposit.

Cancellations
Up to 30 days before check-in: 100% deposit refund. Between 30 and 15 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: the deposit is non-refundable, but we can reschedule for an available date within the next 12 months (subject to availability and seasonal rate adjustment).
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 2 PM. Check-out by 10 AM. If you need flexibility, ask in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate at no extra cost.
Pets
Small and medium pets are welcome with prior notice. We ask that they sleep in their own bed (not on furniture) and aren't left alone in the cabin. Damages are covered by the guest.
House rules
Pool open 9 AM – 10 PM. Loud music is not allowed after 11 PM (we respect neighbors and other guests). No smoking inside the cabins. Minors are the responsibility of the adults in charge.
Privacy
The data you share with us (name, email, phone, dates) is used only to manage your reservation and improve service. We don't share it with third parties. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe anytime from the footer of any email.
